RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The Elsewhere Store values precision, craft, and the experience of receiving something worth holding onto.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and approved, a gift card code will be issued via email along with instructions. This code may be used toward any available item. (Shipping fees are not included in the gift card amount.)

Please note: All collaborative and specialty products are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Due to the intentional and limited nature of these releases, we’re unable to process returns once a purchase is completed.

We stand behind the quality of our products and honor return requests within 14 business days of delivery. However, our return policy does not apply to purchases made for resale purposes.

If, at our discretion, an order appears to have been placed with resale intent, we reserve the right to decline the return or exchange.

This includes but is not limited to:
– Bulk purchases of the same item
– Repeated purchases of high-demand items
– Orders shipped to business or third-party shipping addresses

Future orders may be cancelled and access restricted if resale activity is detected.

The Elsewhere Store is not responsible for destination country duties or taxes. The buyer is responsible for any international customs fees, VAT, import restrictions, or clearance delays. We do not reimburse duties or fees under any circumstances.
